Thanks Ben. I "chatted" with Jandy's (Zodiac) Customer Service and they are sending a new diverter out under their never-lube valve warranty (valve is about 9 years old). No charge. Very impressed with there no hassle/no red tape approach. Thankfully we were on file. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.
