Hi I'm new to the forum and thank you in advance for your help. I have an inground 20x40 which is approx 35,000 gal. i opened my pool 1 week ago today. When i opened it up I added approx 1 1/2 feet of water ( not sure of gallons) The water was a little murky I could not see the deep end bottom. I checked the ph and it was 7.2 and alk was 120 and cya was 50. I shocked with 5 lb of shock (triclor granular) and the next morning free chlorine level was -03. I have added algecide to prevent it turning green. since 1 week ago I have added a total of 12 gallon of 12% chlorine shock, 16-96 oz jugs of 6% bleach, 7 lb of triclor, 3lb of triclor and after each day the shock is added withen 5 hours fc is down to .03. I have added several llbs of ph up because the ph level keeps dropping. currently these are my readings after putting in the 16 jugs of bleach and 3 lb of triclor today

The water is still murky looking about like it did when I opened it. I have vacumed several times and don't see anything green in the pool other than the cloudy water. Sorry for the length of the post but I don't know what to do I am about ready to drain the pool and start over.
