I would say you still need to keep the Cl levels at least at the minimum on the chart for your CYA level, but you'll find that with colder water it doesn't take adding chlorine nearly as often as it does with warm water to keep the levels up. If you shock the pool again now, you'll fnd that it stays a lot longer than it does in the summer :)
