Pool Devil Pro

I have a Pool Rover that does a great job on the bottom of the pool. I've been looking for something to skim the surface of the water and help with removing bugs, leaves and pollen. This Pool Devil looks like it would do the job and for $16 on Ebay I think it may be worth the risk.

Anyone have any experience with this product?

If this product works as advertised it would be the solution to my only headache with my pool. I've already paid for the neighbor to cut one tree and he is resisted cutting the other one that drops so much junk into my pool. Love to know from others if this product actually works.
