A plus for solar fish
Hi! I wanted to let you all know that the Turbo Solar Fish has definitely been improved to make it more reliable over last year's version. If you have one not working, you can get a replacement from the manufacturer.
I just put a working Turbo into my pool and the results are good over no cover. The pool loses about 1-2 degrees less overnight with the fish than without. This would translate to about an hour of time on the heater in my pool. It costs about $6/hour to run my heater at current rates here, so that makes the fish worth it for me!
