About the only part I can help you with is the cost of the PS-4 itself. The lowest I've seen it online with the chlorinator is a little over $1000. You will also need to have someone come out and run the electricity for it as well as someone to do the plumbing (adding the salt cell and flow switch to your return lines after the filter). Because those can vary by location, I wouldn't even have a clue as to what it would cost for you. Unless, of course, you can do that yourself. You should also factor in the cost of the salt and I highly suggest getting a good water testkit that includes a salt test, if you don't already have one. I don't know how large your pool is, so I can't extrapolate that cost for you, but a good testkit (like Ben's offered on Poolsolutions.com) will run you $76 if you've not ordered a kit before and are not in a hurry for it.
