They both have chlorine neutralizer in them. The difference is the size of the comparator they are used with (and therefore, the concentration). This is why they are not interchangeable. The color chips on the comparator are calibrated for the reagent they ar designed for. You won't get accurate readings (or even readable colors!) if you switch the reagents.
