    Default Blue pee water????

Ok, I searched, and I couldnt find this question asked yet....

In that new movie, "Grownups", there is some chemical that is supposedly put in a public pool that makes the water turn dark blue when you pee in the pool.... real or fake???

    Fake.

There are indicators, apparently, but not chlorine stable ones.

There is, however, a genetic disease that can do that and cause mental illness at the same time. The film "The Madness of King George" is about that (also a surprisingly interesting and exciting flick about George III).

Nigel Hawthorne's performance was great in that film, wasn't it?

Whether genetic or not (see Porphyria), I would discourage jaundiced, purple-peeing swimmers from using my pool.
