Yes, good people at Amato. I've always had a personal note when I've placed an order to let me know they received it and then, later, when they sent it. These clearly are not automated e-mails.
I order from them whenever I can.
Amato - Taylor 2006 Test Kit
Just an fyi, I ordered my kit on Monday and got an email on Wednesday that they were out of kits and should have some in the next day or two...I just called them and they have the kits in and they are overnighting my kit to me because I had to wait (at NO CHARGE)
Talk about awesome customer service! Thanks Amato!
PS, I told them that this forum is probably the reason why they ran out and they should stock up!
