Can you post a complete set of current water testing results taken with a drops-based kit (not test strips)? I would also retest that calcium hardness and make sure your result is correct. As for your question about doing all adjustments before adding chlorine ---- not unless you want a green pool again!

BTW -- You are lucky your liner is OK. Draining a liner pool totally is a no-no! It can sometimes ruin your liner and make it unusable. I'm glad in your case it seems ok.
