Default One day soon.. you will not be a newby too!

I have been away from this forum for a few years. I did peep in from time to time.. but not like I did the first year I opened my AG pool. I do not consider myself an expert by any stretch of the imagination.. but I have become what many of you will become soon. Just a pool owner who doesn't worry too much about his pool. Someone who spends almost nothing, nil, notta.. at the pool store.

I am posting to say,.. after reading the newby questions, concerns and worries.. I can tell you.. it will be OK.. Pool ownership is not as hard as it may seem. Sometimes we make things much more difficult than they need be.

    What I have learned:

a few minutes.. a few times per week.. on water maintenance works wonders.

a few days of neglect can cost you.

bleach and more bleach.. is many times the answer to a problem.

and if I do have a problem I can't solve.. the answers are here.

people swim in lakes, creeks and ponds where they can't even see the bottom.. so a few twigs, leaves and a handful of dirt in my pool.. isn't the end of the world.
Swimming pool.. or camper? Swimming pool.. or camper? ...what the heck.. buy both.
