    Default Pool Frog?

We didn't know any better when we bought out pool, but they included their private label brand of the Pool Frog Mineral system. We only used it 1 year and am not using it now. I seem to be having an alkalinity problem - too high and am having an impossible time getting it down. Could the 1 year use of the Pool Frog have caused my alkalinity problem?

Alkalinity is typically a fill water issue. Post your test numbers and you will get good advice.
