That's a toughie. Check out the home inspectors and see who specializes in pools. Then ask your realtor if that inspector is good.
Now this is no joke: If your realtor recommends the inspector, you probably shouldn't use him. The LAST thing you want is an inspector that the realtor likes--that means he doesn't find problems that louse up and delay or kill the sale.
The BEST home inspector I've known made realtors who were otherwise nice people start to curse, foam at the mouth, and tell me what a %$#!# he was. They were right--he was a %$#!#, but he saved us his fee 5 times over--at least.
