Zodiac-Clearwater- Avoid them!

I dealt with Zodiac for a number years as the source for parts and cels for my Clearwater system and am sorry to report never again. They changed their warranty policies without notification and no longer pro-rate. When I objected to their change after I had made my purchase under the original policy the answer was "that's our policy!" A request to speak to a supervisor resulted in a promise of a call-back which was never received and another call by me also went unanswered. The clearwater cel I had received was defective and they just refused to back it. I was 2 weeks out of full warranty!

I dumped the system and bought an Aqua-Rite.

I had a similar experience with a cell which was in warranty but they refused to prorate, so I will never deal with them again either.

this is typical for Zodiac. Sad think is they also own Jandy and Polaris
