I'll have to do some research on where to find a new vial because they all are a bit different, but if it helps, 5 mL=1 teaspoon of liquid.
Might try an alcohol-soaked cotton ball or cloth on the inside of your existing vial and see if that helps.

Any tall and narrow cylinder would do. You could check at BedBathBeyond or other HHG store in the glasswares or stemware section for something suitable. Then you can use your existing test cylinder to measure 10 ml and 25 ml and mark the new container with an indelible pen, or even etch lines with a Dremel tool.

You can even get eyedroppers marked with 100ml. I would recommend the glass ones, though. It's a great way to do it: Add 100ml of your liquid chlorine to 10 liters of tap water (five 2-liter soda bottles) and the dilution rate will be in parts/per/million. Use your FAS-DPD chlorine test kit to measure the chlorine level and that's how strong your liquid chlorine is.
