    Wow, is that rip in the same place that you had the leak fixed? How old is your liner? Judging by the coloring in your first pic, it doesn't look that old--any idea why it ripped like that?

    I think to fix the crack in the deck I would start with the people that put it down to begin with, if you had it done. If not, then any reputable concrete person should be able to fix it.

    No the rip was in a different location than the patch. I'm hoping it was just the cold and not a more serious problem. Not sure how old the liner was although it had several patches so it was pretty brittle.
