    Default replacing tile

I have 5 tiles to replace on my inground pool. I chipped them out and am ready to reattach new ones. Some are above water, some below. What type of thin set do I need to attach the tiles? One tile store told me not to use thin set with any latex. Is there any premixed availble in small containers? One I read about is only available in 40 lb. bags and says to wait 14 to 21 days before it gets wet. Also, what about the grout? Does that have to be a special mix?
