Cool New vinyl liner water added already green

Please help. Just put in new liner in a pool that has been out of service for serveral years. We are located in the piedmont of the state of Georgia and the water is city that we just put in. It is slightly green and slick on the bottom. What do I do. The chemistry says it okay.

Post your current water testing numbers (not just that it is ok) taken with a drops-based kit. Then somebody here can better advise you. We need free chlorine, combined chlorine, total chlorine (at least two of those three), and also ph, alk and cya. Also tell us the volume of your pool. Have you added any chemicals at all to your pool? If so, tell us what. Report back with the requested info and we will go from there.
