    Yes, it's a new gasket. I don't have clips to tighten down... it has a circle ring that goes around the clips and then as you tighten the spring clip, it supposed to tighten the clips. I just have a nut/bolt to tighten and it tightens the spring. Here's a link to get a better idea.

    I am wondering if I use some sort of sealant like a silicone you would use in the bathroom... just to help out? It doesn't flood, but it does still get water in it. Any help/tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I have the same light & had the same problem. I finally went low tech and used some DAP acquiarium sealant -- fixed it.
