Carl's right, as always--if you don't get some chlorine in there quick, you're going to be fighting more than just calcium deposits, as evidenced by the cloudiness. Also keep in mind that when you're testing for pH, your results are going to be artificially high if your TC is higher than 10 ppm, so I wouldn't treat a high pH unless your chlorine is below 10 and you're sure you have the right number.
