I saw this in a catalog today. It looks like some one coiled up black flexible pool hose and encapsulated it. Does it work????

No matter what they claim the heat output is proportional to the exposed surface area. Doesn't look like it has that much. It will warm but the BTU output will be low. Expensive to boot. Love it when they say 'no yard space needed.' No yard space = no heat.
