    Default Stupid question?

    I have not looked that hard at it yet but how do you get a Poaris 380 apart to check the the guts of this thing, man I hate to even ask becuase I am sure its simple,

    Having done construction and service for 4 pool companies in 4 states starting in 1988, what I know about pools could fill a couple of books - what I don't know could fill libraries

    from memory the only 2 screws I see are for the jet on the back end of it? I will check it out more after work today .

    OK its pretty simple to take it apart , everything looks good, no missing beltsl or clogs I could see , maybe I am not getting enough pressure from the pump.I just had a new impeller and seal put on the pump and it does seam to have pleanty , but I just cant figure this thing out.

    Take it apart again and try to see if any of the white hoses inside have come loose. This is the water management system. If they have, or if the wire-tie clamps have broken, you will have problems. Putting the hose(s) or clamps back on will require a much more extensive tear down.Its not easy, but it can be done.
