    Unhappy Ran Polyqat thru filter

I followed the directions on the sticky re: closing your AG pool for the winter but somehow missed the recirculate/not filter the polyqat part.

So I dumped my polyqat in yesterday and let the filter run all day. Do I need to put another bottle in? Is there any way to check to see if it's in the water?

I think the problem is that the Polyquat filters out of the water. Polyquat does completely deplete your chlorine levels, so if it's in the water you probably will have a very, very low chlorine level...time to shock it again!
