Proteam metal magic makes the same claim. It's not true. My guess is that this is a private label product made by Haviland, the same company that makes the Proteam products, and that it is just another HEDP based surfactant.
Any comments or options on this product?
I was looking for a metal out product in the local pool store and came across this recently. I have never seem it before.
I've developed some stains this year which I'm looking to treat. It sounded like a simple product to use as the only requirement was a PH level between 7.5 and 7.8.
I have a 23K gallon gunite pool.
Here's the link to the product:

Google didn't seem to find anything. New product?

Thank you.
So I wonder, will this be an acceptable product for use with the ascorbic acid treatment?
Beause the ascorbic acid will bring the PH down would it be acceptable to spike the PH, maybe above 8.0, before starting the treatment?
Or just find another type of metal out product?
Thanks again for the feedback.

OK, thanks!
