Hey everybody, thanks for weighing in!! Very sensible responses, I must say I especially liked the question about leaving behind the dishes! Of course, nothing was negotiated in advance, and pragmatism would appear to be the order of the day, but foremost, a healthy detailed orientation to "my baby" will definitely take place. After all, I didn't really get one and I DID invent the wheel. And the advancement of the POOL FORUM link to the new kids, well that goes without saying (sorry it took so long for me to get back, moving you know...) Thanks all, Peace and high quality h2O.

Last time I moved, the buyer wanted the washer/dryer. At first I thought "NO WAY!" (Yes, this was my first time to try to sell ) Luckily then I thought, if one of us gets old stuff and one of us gets new, I might as well get the new, updated stuff. I'd give 'em the old stuff, if I could afford it.

P.S. A face to face orientation is a whole lot better for a newbie than the handwritten note I got with the dregs of his chemical bottles, "Pour this in..and pour this in..and then pour this in..." Try to treat 'em right 'cause you know they're excited!!
