Default Does Muriatic Acid Mixed 1:4 Have A Half Life

If muriatic acid is mixed 1 to 4 parts water, as is the case in some persitalic pump setups does it have a half life? If this is the case what are the numbers and is the half life affected differently at different temperatures?

The reason for asking this question, is it best to let the level drop to near zero before re-filling or can one just replenish when it is say half full?

Muriatic Acid, even at the normal "full" strength you buy (i.e. 31.45% Hydrochloric Acid) does not degrade. So a 1:4 dilution of it will not degrade either.
