Clear skin like substance on pool surface.

Is it Algae?

its not slimy or anything and you can only see it when the sun hits the pool but its everywhere across the surface.

i was thinking its pollen, but now im not to sure. walls and bottom is also slim free.

im currently fighting a high CYA OF 100 if that helps.

Do you use skimmer socks?
When I have what you describe, it is pollen or some plant debris like it and the skimmer socks grab it right up.

Freddyttt, I just responded to your other post in the other forum. It is best not to have a problem being worked on in two different places because it makes it harder to help when we can't see what other people have previously suggested.
