I am editing my original post and saying that I completely over reacted to a weekend email issue for the warranty service. It appears it was a server issue on their end. I wrote an email the next business morning the they assured me I could send warranty claims via email and the also sent the form I needed (I already had it, but a good gesture) and the addition items such as pictures etc. I sent this on and it went through. Never did get an email saying they received it, but I gave it time.
Today at approx 5pm UPS delivered 4 brand new Resin seats to cover my warranty claim of some cracks.
I am changing my customer service rating for Artesian to a "B+" and hopefully have learned my lesson about letting my emotions get the best of me.
