Default Converting to Cl from Soft Swim, Peroxide at level 7

I have 24' above ground pool. Last year I closed it up and did not add any new Soft Swim (Baq) Chemical. I had some green algae on the bottom of the pool.

I opened and the green algae was brown, I vacuumed almost all out to waste.

Had water tested and have a level of 7 of the Peroxide or Soft Swim B.

My question is , How low does this have to be before I start converting?
I don't want green water for a month, I need to get it up and running in a a couple weeks.

Also , I have a bag of Calcium Hypo chloride, can I use this to raise the chlorine levels initially?

I see others talking about reading about how to convert but can't find links.
If there is somewhere to read about this please provide link.

    Thanks for any help!
