top of liner pool water

I have recently noticed that my water ballooons holding my winter cover on have partially blown off. Alot of the water over the cover has now gone under the cover into the "winterized" water. What sort of problem will I have when the winter cover is removed??? IF I add some javex to the top of the winter cover now , will that help me in anyway?? I am wondering if I am going to have a green pool in a few weeks.

I'm not sure what javex is, so not sure if it'll help you or not. The only danger to water from the cover getting into the pool is that it might have taken some "trash" in with it--leaves, dirt, etc. but that can always be vacuumed out. You may or may not have green water when you open, but that can always be handled with bleach.

Javex is a brand name of bleach from Colgate-Palmolive. Not sure if its available in the US , but it is here in Canada.
