    BOTH have chlorine neutalizer in them, the difference is that the R-0004 is used with a 45 ml sample of water and the R-0014 is used with a much smaller sample size (off the top of my head I think it is 9 or 10 ml) so it is more dilute. They are NOT interchangable!
