Building our pool deck now...

Hello All,
Here is a pic of our pool deck so far.
The party deck is on the south side (finished), the section we are working on now is the west side. This weekend we hope to get the north side going.
We won't get to the east side till next Spring.
This is the last section of regular railing, then we will continue all the way around the rest of the pool w/ privacy lattice. Then lattice under the deck down to the ground.
Also want to add some architecture to the sunshade. We might put the solar panels up there. They are on the ground now.
And on the far side of the sunshade (East) we will build a little room/storage/shed.
Slowly but surely we tred on.
We had a MAJOR set back in the summer, DH's appendix exploded. And we had a new addition to the family- a baby girl- Lillian! The kids call her Lilly Bunny Cupcakes Hoffman.
Will update as we make progress.

We are in Kansas, we had a cold spell weekend last week, but it is going to be back up in the 90's this week so we hope to keep swimming for a little while longer. Can't bear the thought of closing it .........
