Re: Aquabots
I have the bravo - it is my second year, and had to return the bravo last year, it needed a new propeller. It does have a 4 year warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. This year it stopped working and first they had me send back the power box - the new one didn't work - so then they picked up the whole aquabot - at their expense. It needed a new motor - after many different conversations I spoke to the owner and he said that if the propeller was changed, they should have done the whole motor because it goes hand in hand
Anyway they did fix it and so far it is doing well. Both times they tried to tell me I had to pay $80.00 for something, but I held my ground and it didn't cost me anything but time. It is my second aquabot - I had the regular one that lasted 6 years, then I replaced it with this one because of the warranty. Aquabots are great, but the parts are very expensive, that's why I went with the one with the 4 year warranty. Hope this helps - I would get another one, because when it works, it is the best.
