    Default Busted ball valve?

Hey, I have a jandy ball valve that broke. It is for the main return on my in- ground pool. There is a pvc pipe that connects the 3 returns valves to the return lines. All three ball valves are on a single pipe. Should I just replace all three or is there a way to get the bad one off the pipe?
I am not a plummer by any stretch of the imagination .

    Thanks,
    Ed

Thumbs up Re: Busted ball valve?

Ed, I'm having a little trouble picturing your set-up. A ball valve is a one way valve and would normally be connected to a 'feed line' by tees or 90s, rather than in 'series' like you describe If you could post a pic, that would be great! It seems to me that with a couple of specialty fittings (which I'll describe, or Poconos has posted a way to make them yourself), you may be able to just replace the one broken valve. I'll keep an eye on this and offer what I can after you respond. I hope that it will be as 'easy' as I imagine and will help all I can! - waste
