I can second those comments. I bought a unit off Ebay, no warranty, and he's offered to provide full support if needed. First class guy!
I want to thank Poolsean for his support during the install of my Autopilot system. The system is easy to install but little questions pop up and I would send him a email and get the answers I needed. He even responded to me when his email responder said he was on vacation!! That is dedication to your company and product. After a few weeks of operation I would recommend to anyone the Autopilot Digital SWG system.

Wish I could say I've had the same experience with support, but......my autopilot went in so smooth and has worked so well that I haven't had a problem
These forums were a deciding factor for me. Great product. Clear pool.
