Tool for the pump basket plug?

Hello All,
Is there a special tool that i can buy to unscrew that screwwy drain plug on the pump basket? I can see tiny toys and some bigger bugs in there but i can't get the thing unscrewed.

mine just unscrews by hand...might have to put a pair of pliers on it - carefully.

Thanks Matt, I had a mental black out there for a moment.
Guess I should get my husband involved in pool maintence- guys always think of using tools to solve problems where I always have some off the wall round about method ( that never seems to work).
