    they don't work well after that

    At least it would just kill the blower!
    The corded version of the blower would kill anything in the pool if I dropped it!!
    40'x28' I/G L-shaped, vinyl liner pool, with an estimated 40,000 gallons of water.
    Been using BBB for over a year! Excellent results!

    when we got this item a few years ago, i read many reviews that said it wears out very quickly. that has NOT been our experience. we've been using it for three years now, and still going strong. a great purchase, highly recommended.
