    I get 5.48 ppm (that is, about 5.5 ppm) in my spreadsheet, but 5.6 ppm is close enough.

    Above site is another one that Chlorine calc does not work in my firefox (other calcs work) but works in IE! I should have looked at your spreadsheet first. I did download it - with your permission!
