Cool adjusting alk, PH, and cl

I have a 16'x32' doughboy AG. 13000 gal. I'm trying the BBB method. 2 days ago everything was where it should be. Today after 1/2" of rain, my chlorine is practically nonexistent, PH 8.2, and Alk of 160. What do I need to do?
I tested with a HTH 6 test kit from Walmart which is about as good as I could find around here without sacrificing a tank of gas for the week.
    Help please!

Add enough bleach to raise your free chlorine to the proper level. You'll need to determine your CYA level to figure out what the acceptabvle range of free chlorine is for your pool. Then you can figure out how much bleach you need to get it there. Please understand that if you're going to use bleach as your chlorine source that you'll probably need to add it every day or every other day; it's a consumeable.

Lower your pH to somewhere between 7.2 and 7.8 using muriatic acid or dry acid. If your using muriatic, I'd start with 2 cups, wait for 30 minutes with the pump running, test, and repeat until the pH is at 7.2. If using dry acid, start with one pound and follow the same procedure. Your alk will follow your pH down and will probably end up at the upper end of the recommended range (80-120).
