PLEASE advise me regarding my liner

Hello all again!

here for help once again.

I bought a home one year ago with an in ground vinyl lined pool that was about 2-3 years old at the time. Whoever had the brilliant idea to do this in Louisiana, with our high water table, was smokin' crack... but I digress.

I have had problems with the liner floating ( weekly or more) with the resultant numerous wrinkles since we moved in. I have a pump that drains out the water behind it, (at the big pumps,) but no one told me about this until it had already developed severe wrinkling from it. Anyway, now I run that "gutter pump" every few days to get the water out when I see the first signs of ripples of it under the liner.

Just this week, when I was in the pool, it felt very different under my feet in certain areas. I feel and see what looks like "rocks" poking up under the liner, scattered about, and a feeling and look of some type of "erosion" going on at the slope of the shallow to the deep. This is definitely a new occurance. I have no idea what to think. I have put calls into the pool company that installed it, but they have not helped me in the past, as they are not taking any "new customers", and I cannot find another company that deals with vinyl liners in my area. I am quite frustrated and concerned.

Can any of you kind gurus shed any light or advice on this for me?
