Default What steps would you recommend?

We are putting up a deck and want to switch from an A-frame ladder to steps.

I'm thinking about buying a Confer Step. Anyone know anything about them?

We just built our deck this spring and got walk in steps too. I looked at the different steps out there, including the confer (Step1) We decided for the prices out there and, with the good reviews we found, our choice was the Biltmores. We got a pretty darn good deal and really fast delivery from PCPools. They were a snap to put together (I did it in about 30 mins from opening the box to ready for pool) They have good flowthrough so far no algae buildup at all. We put a vinyl mat under the steps but they do have a really nice rounded/smooth front lip on the bottom step. There is a shelf that you put your weight on with a panel that pops open/out to add or remove weights.
    Beats driving to the lake!
