    Thanks Chris. I'm being very obsessive about the head in the system because I like doing that kind of thing.

    Thanks for the input on the flexible PVC, I'll steer clear of it.

    I have a flexible PVC run in my pump house from the pump outlet(faces the back wall) to the multiport (faces the front wall). I've had no problems with it but it does look gnarly more quickly than hard PVC. Without it I would have to use several 45 or 90 degree elbows to accomplish the same thing, adding resistance and head pressure. Good luck!
