Default Pool pavers faded badly - Clean and seal advice Please

Our pool pavers (thin) are about 15 months old in central Florida. It is very noticeable that the ones covered by the roof overhang still have their original look and color while those exposed to sun and rain are more bleached out looking.

Want to get the pavers cleaned and then sealed.

Question#1: I have heard rolling on sealer is bad because it can get to thick and become cloudly so spaying is better. BUT have also heard rolling is fine and will last 5-6 years over the 2 years for spaying? Opinions Please...

Question#2: Best process for cleaning. opinions please..

Lastly, I might consider paying a company in central Florida to do it all.
What kind of price per SF is standard for cleaning and sealing. We have about 800 sq.

    Thanks and good swimming.

If by fading you mean the pavers are getting a white-ish look then you are talking about efforescence. This is a natural process in pavers where the salt in the cement leaches to the surface. After a while the process will stop. To correct it you need to acid wash the pavers.
As fas as sealing the pavers; I have used a roll on with great success. The product I used is called Techniseal. There are probably dozens of similar products. I chose a sealer that drys with a wet look. You could spray it on but cleanup would be a mess (and you would need to tape off areas you don't want covered). The roll on method allows better control and you only need a paint roller with extension handle and a paint tray.
    Check out this link http://www.techniseal.com/

PS I do not work for Techniseal - I only used the product and was satisfied with it.
