Default Is Poly 60 recommended for regular maintenance?

I've read that Polyquat 60 is the algecide of choice here, but was wondering if it should be used as part of our regular maintenance or only when there is a problem or when closing? If it is part of regular maintence how often should we add?

    Thanks in advance

If you add a couple of ounces each week that's plenty.

It's good for prevention, and good for closing.

Not so good for fighting a bloom.
