Bought my regular poolbuster max last year. It worked great but I pulled it out this year and it didn't work so I sent it back to Watertechcorp.

They called me the day after they received the unit and said there was a faulty switch that they would repair and were also going to replace the motor box but wanted to know if I would pay the difference of $60 for the Max CG motor since the standard motor was still covered under warranty. My Momma didn't raise a dummy so I took that deal.

Anyway I got it back today but I couldn't use it. They forgot to pack my parts (filter bag, and nozzle snout among a few other things). I sent an email to them at 2:00pm and got a reply at 5:00pm stating that they would send the parts out next day air + Saturday delivery so I could have it for the long weekend at their expense.

That is amazing service in my opinion and makes me feel good about buying the Blue Diamond.

Just thought I'd share my story. A++ operation all the way.
