Right now you have two main things:

You need to add bleach or liquid chlorine to get your FC (or TC if that's all you have) to 20ppm, and keep it there until all the algae is dead and gone (may take 2 weeks).

You need to lower you pH to between 7.3 and 7.5. This will make the chlorine work far more effectively.
