Hayward Phantom Stopped Spinning Out

I have had mine three days and it has quit spinning out. I have checked pressure, all filters and screens, tried all cams etc. The cam turns when I hold the cleaner and look at it with the door off. When I put it in the water it will spin once or twice then no more. I am regretting this decision.

Something is probably clogged or blocked.

I had a similar problem with a Polaris 165. They sent me a new mechanism for it.
