    Just to clarify, does one need to keep the filter running 24/7 throughout the week or two process?

    You don't have to keep it running 24/7 for all two weeks. I would keep it running all the time till you start to bring your chlorine up, which would be after 48 hours. If the water is cloudy, sometimes it gets cloudy with the treatment, then keep it running 24/7 longer.
