Default some vertical wrinkles in repaired vinyl liner

I had the vinyl liner of my 24' AG pop out of its bead a few weeks ago, and I lost 15" of water and some sand along the outside base edge, maybe 15-20 linear feet around the circumference. I had a professional come in after I drained the pool, and peel back the liner, repair the sand base, re-bead the liner with wedges, and start refilling it today w/my garden hose. There are 3 or 4 vertical wrinkles in the center of the area where the liner was out of the bead. I assume this may be due to the shrinkage (insert Seinfeld joke here)

Is there anything I can do to smooth these out? If so, when do I do it (with relation to water level)?

    thx
