Need Tall Solar Cover Reel

I remember seeing a picture of a solor cover reel that was on a tall stand to the side of an above-ground pool. Can anyone tell me where to find something like that or how to make it? We have a fence attached to our pool, so I think this is the only way we can get a solar cover on and off without tremendous hassle.
